Payments and Refunds​

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment options available through our website.

Refunds

  • Refunds for programs, courses, or products are subject to our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

We aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Our Refund Policy is as follows:

  • Programs and Courses: Refund requests for programs and courses must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will only be issued if less than 20% of the program or course content has been accessed.

  • Digital Products: No refunds will be provided for digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Physical Products: Refunds for physical products such as the Leaner Me Elevated Wellness Box are available for unopened and unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Services: Refunds for services, including consultations, are not provided once the service has been delivered.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@yournaturopath.online with proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of your request.

  • No refunds will be provided for digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.

  1. Leaner Me Program plus Membership – This requires a set up fee to cover the cost of the 6-Week Leaner Me weight release program. Monthly fee of $97 is charged at the start and billed monthly. Focused on achieving optimal weight and wellness with access to tailored resources and support.

    • Includes 1 Naturopathic Consultation​

    • Weekly group coaching support calls on Zoom

    • Leaner Me drops and weight loss support supplement.

    • A delivered starter box containing recipe book, workbook, and bonus gifts.

  2. Thrive! Membership – Designed for general health and vitality, including access to group sessions and lifestyle tips.

  3. Thrive! Plus Membership – Our premium membership offering personalized consultations, advanced resources, and exclusive member perks.

Membership Benefits

Each membership tier comes with specific benefits, which may include:

  • Access to member-only resources and tools.

  • Participation in group or individual sessions.

  • Discounts on products and services.

  • Exclusive content such as meal plans, recipes, and wellness strategies.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

  • Memberships are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.

  • By joining, members agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined on our website.

Cancellation Policy

  • Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.

    • Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

    • Member perks such as unused consultation, do not roll over into the next month.
